Remote management for desktop PC - DX58OG motherboard

Hi,

I want to find out if it's possible to use some remote management network card for PCI slot to connect remote PC.

 

I want to be able to put paraphrase for Truecrypt cryptography tool on boot of OS.

This paraphrase have to be inserted on console view, it's part of boot manager.

I have MB DX58OG - desktop; is there any solution how to do that remotely?
