I installed a Intel® Gigabit ET Dual Port Server Adapter under Hyper-V core and the card was detected correctly by the operating system. However the included CD that came with the card has programs that popup "this program was not designed for your windows edition".

So, The card work OK, I can configure it via Core command line, but how about the Intel Tools and advanced functions?

Is there a way to install these and use them?

I want to bond as one (802.3 LACP/LAG) the network card.

http://www.intel.com/support/network/sb/CS-029966.htm How do I configure advanced features in Windows Server 2008* core installations? will point you to the right tools for configuration using the command line. You will need to install Intel® PROSet and Advanced Network Services (ANS) for team capability.

http://www.intel.com/support/network/sb/cs-016040.htm Installing the base driver and Intel® PROSet via the command line shows you how to install all the features using the command line.

Version 15.5 that was just released has changes to the driver for your adapter. See the readme (readme.htm) file for directions on extracting the files. Or you can use WinZIP, WinRAR, or a similar application to extract the files.

The CD includes software and drivers for multiple operating systems. I am not sure which programs gave you an error, but following the information in the above documents should allow you to install the right software and configure your teams.
