3945ABG - Channel 12 and 13

Hello all,

I am having troubles connecting to some WiFi points over here in the UK because they use channel 13, where, after much investigation, I found out the 3945ABG doesn't seem to support. Is there ANY way to get this card to join WiFi on those channels?

BTW I'm using Win XP Pro, SP3, latest drivers 13.x and Intel Wifi tool, 13.x too.

OR should I give up and try buy an N spec card?

better check with the notebook vendor if the wifi card embedded on the notebook can support channel 13.
