Intel® Core™ i7 860 processor and heatsink?

Will this heak sink...Thermalright Ultra 120 eXtreme http://jab-tech.com/Thermalright-Ultra-120-eXtreme-pr-3762.html http://jab-tech.com/Thermalright-Ultra-120-eXtreme-pr-3762.html fit over the Intel® Core™ i7 860 processr? Or would I need a better heatsink for it?

Hi,

No it won't well at least according to the website you gave :INTEL: All Intel LGA775 processors

 

AMD: All AMD Socket AM2 Processors
