Looking to upgrade CPU

Hello, i have a Gateway GM5457E computer with a Core 2 Duo E6320 (1.86 ghz) and the motherboard is an Intel (Council Bluffs) 945G Viiv Motherboard with an Intel D945G chipset along with LGA775 socket and 1066/800/533 MHz system bus. I want to upgrade the processor to the fastest one but i dont know which would be compatible with the motherboard i have. Any suggestions please. Thanks.
