Overheating problem in Core i3-350M in Lenovo Ideapad z560

I have a lenovo ideapad z560 with intel core i3-350M microprocessor. It gets heated to more than 60 Celsius in just 10 to 15 minutes.

I have also tried using dust cleaning mode provided in lenovo ideapad series laptops but the problem is persistant and it sometimes gets too hot and turn off.

What should I do?
