Maximale Prozessortemperatur P4 3GHz ?

Hallo

kann jemand sagen, welche Temperatur ein P4/ 3 GHz Prozessor errreichen darf ? Momentan zeigt mir Speedfan eine Temperatur von 54° an. Beim Videorendern kommt er aber auch auf über 70 °.
