i have a Dell Inspiron 1545 with a Celeron T3000 and a gma 4500mhd.

when I watch videos on my laptop I have screen tearing on

the screen.

I've updated the drivers, but it changes nothing. It's the same with

external monitor.

When I enable vsync on media player, the problem is solved.

But it's still on flash videos like youtube ...

It is possible to enable vsync directly on the chipset? I have not found
