question about dual gpu on intel HD 3000 and Nvidia 525m

hi guys, so i have intel i5-2410m with integrated intel HD 3000 on it and i also have nvidia GT 525m as my GPU. my question is does it mean that i have a dual GPU/multi-GPU? does the two GPU (intel HD 3000 and nvidia GT 525m) work together in case of my 3D applications (e.g Games, software, etc.) become better performance?? very appreciate your answer. Thanks before!
