Wireless Connection Issues

Hi,

I have been encountering many issues with wireless connection on my Fujitsu LH531. When the connection to the internet is cut off, over at the wireless scan it will show only my own network name and other wireless networks does not appear( which i am sure there are).Although it only shows my wireless network being connected, there isnt any internet connectivity. I would then restart my laptop and sometimes the wireless network adapter driver "Intel Centrino Ultimate 6300-AGN" which was supposed to be there disappears, and the wireless scan at the toolbar shows a x over it. I have tried re-installing the driver but it did not help. Thanks in advance for your help.

Thank you for your Post. From your description it appears that he wireless adapter might be failing, or your system may be suffering from a severe case of corruption.

If this set up used to work correctly in the past then you may try doing a system restore to a date when it still worked correctly, see the link below for instructions on system restore.

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/products/features/system-restore http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/products/features/system-restore

If this does not reset your system to a working state, or if it never worked correctly then you might be looking at a hardware issue, in this case we recommend you to contact your laptop manufacturer for a warranty support. A hardware issue may refer to just the wireless adapter or its connection on the motherboard
