Intel Q35 Express

I am running Windows Vista Business 32 bit. I have two monitors (one VGA and one DVI). When I right click on my desktop and select "Graphics Properties" the blue and gray "Intel Graphics Media Accelerator Driver" appears. All of the fields are blank and the top of the window reads "Can't find requested string. and Can't find requested string."

Any ideas?
