Hello,
Could you please provide more detailed information on what version of AutoCAD is being used, what operating system is loaded, what version of the video driver did you test with and provide the model of the processor installed on your system along with the model of the computer?
What is being done when you see this problem? Is this random or it can be easily triggered?
In addition please copy-paste the graphics report generated within the Intel(R) Graphics User Interface. For information on how to retrieve this report, please visit the following page:

Hello,
Intel® HD Graphics has been tested with AutoCAD 2012 and is listed as "passed" so there should not be a problem while using your system and this application. You can confirm this information at:
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/syscert?siteID=123112&id=18844534&results=1&stype=graphic&product_group=3&release=2012&os=4096&manuf=all&opt=2 http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/syscert?siteID=123112&id=18844534&results=1&stype=graphic&product_group=3&release=2012&os=4096&manuf=all&opt=2
I suggets you to test using the latest generic driver that is posted on our site, which is posted here:
http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Processor+graphics&ProductProduct=2nd+Generation+Intel%C2%AE+Core%E2%84%A2+Processors+with+Intel%C2%AE+HD+Graphics+3000/2000&ProdId=3319&LineId=3310&FamilyId=39 http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Processor+graphics&ProductProduct=2nd+Generation+Intel%C2%AE+Core%E2%84%A2+Processors+with+Intel%C2%AE+HD+Graphics+3000/2000&ProdId=3319&LineId=3310&FamilyId=39
You should also try with the latest driver that is provided directly by your laptop manufacturer, which is customized for your system and see if that will make a difference.
In addition, check with Autodesk* to see if there is any patch or software update available for your application in order to troubleshoot this issue.
