Hi all,
1I've just replaced Atheros WiFi AR5B95 with intel 6300 (in asus G73jw). First it connected to WL-500W on 54Mbps, I've looked through products FAQ but found nothing. I've found a solution on a different site - it turns out 6300 requires WPA2-AES and switching from 20MHz to auto in device's properties (another topic with suggestion about 20Mhz could be found nearby). But all those thing are not in FAQ.
2I've tried to post
Found nothin here.
The thing i was looking for - if you got 54Mbps connection you should,at least with WL-500W, use WPA2-AES. And also set 'auto' instead of 20Mhz in device's properties
here: http://www.intel.com/support/wireless/wlan/sb/CS-030282.htm http://www.intel.com/support/wireless/wlan/sb/CS-030282.htm but just got an error: (my browser is FF4)

It consatantly tries to refresh availible networks list and freazes. (See video)
