Recently i have purchased a xeon x3330 processor with intel 3210shlc chipset for purpose of virtualization, but where as after configuring and try to install windows 2008 server feature Hyper v it is not allowing, it says the processor doesnt support. I have done an analysis on xeon x3330 processor in the intel site it shows that the processor supports virtualization. please help me in enabling virtualization support in the Xeon X3330 processor.

I believe that just having a processor that supports virtualization is not enough, you also need a BIOS that supports virtualization. You might check the BIOS settings to see if virtualization is enabled or check with your system vendor to see how to enable virtualization.
