H55::Which signal control the motherboard to auto-rest and auto power-on?

The board will shut down immediately and power on after 5 second. And then it will shut down immediately. This phenomena will repeat when you don't install CPU. There is no this kind of problem if the board use ICH7 or ICH10. I wanna know which signal control the motherboard using Intel H55 chipset to auto-rest and auto power-on when you don't install CPU. Anyone know about it?
