Where is the i5 2405S?

I'm looking for the 2405s (3000HD, 65W), but cant seem to find it anywhere for sale. It is not available anywhere locally (australia), and looking online, there are only a handful of sites selling it, way about the specified price. This all kinda makes me suspicious.

Is there a reason for this? is it OEM only, has it been discontinued, delayed? Release date was May 2011.
