Updated Graphics Driver

Laptop: Sony VAIO VPCEB32FM with Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit, 8GB RAM

Graphics Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 8.15.10.2827

So, I was looking to update drivers for some video stutter problems. So, after the computer restarted after updating the graphics driver, it had a problem with the screen blinking blank for a second when unplugging/plugging in the AC adapter. It's not doing it now, but is there anyway to figure what was causing it? It happened twice so far.
