Intel HD 4000 freezes my computer

hi sir i have this problem with my laptop acer core i5 intel hd4000 6g memory

when i try to watch movie in full screen after 5 to 6 mins the movie lags and the picture moves slowly but the sound working ok and when i try to move my mouse the picture fast forward working normaly and then after 5 minutes again in full screen mode when not moving the mouse the movie lag again.

how do i fix this problem sir

I recommend you doing the following:

  1. Uninstall the current driver you have installed from Control panel or from Device Manager.
  2. Download the latest driver available from our side at the link:

It is important to mention that the driver we provide is a generic driver. In the case that the driver is not working for your unit, I recommend you contacting the system manufacturer so they can provide the driver they designed specifically for your unit.
