Intel HD Graphics 3000 black screen on restart (Windows 8.1 x64)

I tried to install Windows 8.1 on my laptop but I encountered the following problem:

After the installation and setup everything worked fine but when I installed Intel HD Graphics 3000 the display closed and ever since, whenever I restart my laptop the screen is black.

Remarks:

1. When I shutdown and then open the laptop everything works fine.
2. When I restart the laptop the screen is black after windows logo.
3. If I connect an external screen everything works fine.
4. If after the restart I press power button to put laptop to sleep and then wake it up after 5 seconds, screen opens and everything works fine.
5. The problem only occurs with Windows 8.1. I tested with windows 7 and there is no problem.
6. I installed the latest drivers for hd graphics from your website.
7. When I disable Intel graphics driver everything works normal but of course graphics are downgraded so that is not really a solution.

I also tried to update BIOS but I did not do it after all because I could not find an update for my motherboard.
