You should have been able to find the latest version in Windows Update, but it's also http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2800&DwnldID=17407&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Laptop+graphics+controllers&ProductProduct=Mobile+Intel%c2%ae+965+Express+Chipset+Family&lang=eng here. Intel won't be updating it anymore for Vista, so this is it.
