I HAVE A i7 980X(3.33MHz)(actualy3.41MHz) AND PLAN TO BUILD A 3SLI SYSTEM WITH GTX480 12GB OF RAM AT 1600 do i need to oc my processor than you sincerely rolando

Please keep in mind that Intel® does not support any overclocking over 3.6 GHz on this Processor. We do not provide any guidance on overclocking.
Also, as per the Processor specifications, we cannot confirm that the system will work with 1600 Mhz RAM. Please verify the product specifications and requirements at:
