Intel Wifi Link 5300 Connection Problems

Hi,

I am trying to connect my Dell Latitude E4300 laptop running Windows 7 to a Linksys WG54 AP. While WiFi connections to any other AP basically work without any problems, any authentication attempts to the above AP fail. The 5300 driver version is 13.3.0.24 and the diagnostic logs are as follows:

It continues for about 5 minutes after boot up.. and then it eventually connects.
