Hi i just bought this new laptop about two weeks ago and updated it to windows 10. I tried to install and play a game i had on my old computer but it didn't work. After som googling I found out that others had the same problem playing on windows 10 and had dowgraded their driver version.
I have driver version 10.18.15.4256, the graphic driver is intel HD graphics 5500 and processor is intel core i5 5200U.
I tried to download and install older versions for intel hd graphics 5500 but when I try it says my computer doesn't have the minimun requirements.
So, can I have a link to older driver versions that work on my computer and a guide on how to install it?

I just downloaded an old driver version: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24964/Intel-Iris-Iris-Pro-and-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-64bit Download Intel® Iris™, Iris™ Pro, and HD Graphics Driver for Windows* 7/8/8.1 64bit
In then uninstalled the current driver but it it didn't work to install now either.
After this i downloaded the newest version version: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25274/Intel-Iris-Iris-Pro-and-HD-Graphics-Production-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-10 Download Intel® Iris™, Iris™ Pro, and HD Graphics Production Driver for Windows® 7, 8.1, & 10
This version were no problem to install.
Is there anyway to make any of the older driver versions to work on windows 10?

1. Download DDU.
2. Download wshowhide.diagcab
3. Uninstall Intel Graphics Driver through control panel.
4. reboot to safe mode and run DDU to remove Intel Graphics Driver and reboot.
5. As soon as computer loads run wshowhide.diagcab and block Intel Graphics driver from windows update.
6. install your old driver.

Hello calleintel
As xtinct16 mentioned you may try https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3073930 wshowhide.diag.cab * process to block the windows* updates of the driver.
Additionally, take into consideration Intel® is a supplier of laptop components and does not manufacture or sell complete laptop systems. The software provided by Intel® is a generic version. Each laptop computer original equipment manufacturer (OEM) may have altered the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to the software or software packaging they provide.
In this particular case, I suggest either contacting your computer manufacturer or visiting their website in order to download the drivers needed as these drivers may have been modified by them.
