Intel 4965AGN wireless continually dropping out

Hi,

I have an Intel 4965 wireless adapter and my internet will work fine for a few moments before freezing and timing out for a minute or two at a time. This happens CONSTANTLY and it's incredibly frustrating.

I'm running Windows7 32bit and have the latest intel drivers.

Can anyone please offer some suggestions? I'm about to buy a PCI adapter just to get some decent connectivity!!

According to Windows Task Manager (Windows 7) my Wireless network connection runs at approx 100Mbps when I'm watching a video on youtube... and it's constantly dropping to zero.

I'd really appreciate some advice on this... anyone?
