Hello everyone,
My computer's been running really slow for a while now but in the past two weeks or so it has been restarting itself whenever I try to run say, Battlefield 3. I looked at my resource monitor and noticed that my Max Frequency % is not going lower than 101-103%.... Any advice on what I should do?
Thanks!

Try the manufacturer of your system or go to an Overclocking forum since you have an OC system.

This is usually caused by software issue, virus, operating system unstable, software compatibility issues.
At this point I would suggest performing a clean installation of the operating system.
Also make sure to install the latest BIOS version for your motherboard, and after reinstalling the operating system, install all available updates for the operating system and any other running software.
