how can i access virtualization in BIOS.. i cant see that option.. Intel(R) Dual EM64T

Please tell us CPU model and mainboard name. Use a https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Product_Filter.aspx?ProductID=1881&lang=eng&FamilyId=24&LineId=1091 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Product_Filter.aspx?ProductID=1881&lang=eng&FamilyId=24&LineId=1091 or third-party tools like CPU-Z to obtain this information.

Yes, it will be better off to know the CPU and motherboard model to assist you better, you can find that information using the software JFFulcrum posted above.
