Replacement drive in RAID 10 not member

I have an Intel ICH9R SATA RAID with four drives configure in RAID 10. One of the drives failed. I replaced it with the same model drive (WD5000AAKS), but the new drive just says "Non-RAID Disk" in the SATA RAID Utility and there is no functionality in the Utility to change the individual drive's status.

How do I make the new drive part of the existing (degraded) RAID to rebuild?

Further info: This is in a SuperMicro Mid-tower Server. It won't boot into the OS (Windows Server 2003), so I cannot use the RAID software in Windows to do anything either.
