Display driver stopped responding and has recovered- PLS HELP

Hi,

i am getting the error quite frequently and my screen goes black. Today i got this error continuously for about 5 mins- error, black screen, error, black screen etc.

''display driver intel hd graphics drivers for windows 8(R) stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

this is so annoying.

in my device manager everythings seems to be fine.

attached is my dxbiag.

how can i fix it?

Sometimes but last time the problem went on continuesly for about 5 mins showing black screen and erro
