Intel i3 core 2310M. Overheating, load 100%, Frequency 0,82Ghz, 1 active core.

Please Help!!

Intel i3 core 2310M. The processor pass all the diagnostics test and also the stress test. But it has the half performance of the correct. I cannot work.

Because I believe 1 image equals 1000 words, I display some images which may clarify this strange issue:

Image 1) 0.81GHz, 1 active core

Image 2) The processor passes the stress test:

Image 3) Windows settings are correct:

Image 4) The processor passed ALL the stets of IPDT. The CPU frequency test displays the correct frequency (2.10 Ghz)

bcdedit /debug off

I want to add that the temperature of the processor remains constantly stable at 79-80C .. Also the core C0 has always temparture 3 C above the core C1

I want to add that in safe mode the processor work with the correct characteristics (2.10 Ghz , 2 cores , temperature 36 C, about 15% load).

Also, I have hardware problem with the Ethernet connector.
