After few hours of usage, I noticed small coil whine noise coming from my laptop. And ive tried disabling intel 520 graphics driver and the noise completely disappeared?? Can someone please help me,,,, The noise is so annoying when im using it in room when im alone.

Hello kevin_l5407:

In this case we can try to install the latest version of the graphics driver from ASUS's web site directly, you just need to choose the operating system:

Also, on the following link you will find the latest version of the Intel® graphics driver for the Intel® HD 520 graphics controller, please try to install this driver manually:

Another option will be to use the inbox drivers, those are the ones that are included when you install Windows or when you do a Windows update.

Besides the options above, a BIOS update might be needed on the laptop, ASUS should be able to assist you providing the details in order to do it:

ASUS's support site: https://www.asus.com/support https://www.asus.com/support

ASUS's phone number: 1-877-339-2787

Any questions, please let me know.
