Hello Mariosprob, thanks for informing us about this behavior. We have seen this before, and it could be related to a BIOS support on your motherboard.

I recommend you to check with Mpower if there is a BIOS update you may need to install on the motherboard.

If they confirm there is none, you more than welcome to contact our warranty department so they can help you replacing the processor.

Please keep in mind that even though Intel makes unlocked and Extreme Series processors that are strong enough to handle customizations, Intel doesn't recommend overclocking any of their internal components such as memory, video or CPU. I'm afraid that it would be under your own risk since there is no warranty support for that practice.

My Bios is up to date ...There are no other update to do....And i understand that if the cpu works perfectly in stocks i cannot replace it..The thing i want to know is if my cpu is not strong enough to handle customizations or i am doing something wrong with the bios adjustments...My previous cpu was intel 2500k and it was able to oc with no problems...

I'm sorry about this situation but please note that the operation of any Intel-manufactured product outside the published specifications can result in data corruption and unreliable system behavior. It will shorten the life of your product, void the warranty of your processor and possibly other devices installed in the computer. Therefore we are precluded to provide any recommendation about your inquiry.
