Carte Graphique AMD et Intel ne trouve pas l'option Switch graphique [HP Pavilion dv7-6c90sf]

Salut à tous , j'ai déja contacté les forums HP pour ce problème et ils n'ont trouvé aucune solution pour le moment , voici mon message de problème :

j'ai fait une analyse en ligne (détection automatique de produit) puis j'ai télécharger ces deux drivers pour AMD graphic ATI , et Intel :

Biensur , quand j'ai acheté mon PC , j'ai trouvé tout les drivers sont installés , et j'ai trouvé aussi l'option Switch graphique dans Catalyst ATi , mais quand j'ai formaté mon PC et reinstaller les drivers standard de HP , j'ai commencé à installer Intel , il me dit que "votre système ne possède pas la configuration minimale requise pour l'installation de logiciel ", j'ai fait pas mal de recherche sur les forums et sur Google , j'ai trouvé quelque solution comme l'update de Bios , l'installation de chipset drivers etc.. j'ai fait ts , mais le message d'erreur existe toujour , alors y a t- il une solution standard ? (ps: j'ai essayer à installer essentiel system updates , qui permet à windows de détecter et installer les drivers manquant avec Windows update , j'ai installer intel d'après cette option , puis installer Catalyst Ati , mais je trouve jamais l'option de "Switch Graphics" )

et le problème persiste , ya t-il une idée pour ça ?

Regarding your situation it looks like your system is using AMD video graphics, therefore Intel Drivers cannot be installed on your system since they are detecting AMD drivers.

If you would like to use Intel HD3000 instead of AMD, it will be necessary contact HP so they can let you know how to enable them.

Just in case the latest HD3000 graphics drivers available are the following:

Bear in mind that the drivers we provided are generic and some computer manufacturer does not allow the installation of this generic Intel video drives.
