Intel hd graphics which version don't know?

Hello Frieends,

I've laptop Dell inspiron 3542 with following specs

4 GB RAM

500 GB SATA HARD

INTEL CELERON 2957U DUAL CORE @ 1.4 GHz

INTEL HD GRAPHICS

I WANT TO KNOW COMPLETE NAME OF MY GRAPHICS CARD SUCHAS 4000 / 4200 ELSE

BUT GPU-Z AND DXDIAG ONLY SHOWS INTEL HD GRAPHICS
