Pentium 4 S478 EM64T?

Hello.

I have plans to upgrade some old P4 S478 systems for >2Tb raid storage and have been advised that intel released a few with EM64T.

If this is true, what models are they? I am finding it difficult to track down much information in regards to them.

Still no information...

Doing a little searching through the back catalogue of Intel CPU's I did find the Intel Pentium 4 Processor 521 supporting HT Technology (1M Cache, 2.80 GHz, 800 MHz FSB).

An OEM processor that was released under several different sSpec numbers

Theres is a PPGA478 version, I assume this is a standard Socket 478 however does the s478 version have the EM64T?
