Intel GMA HD. OpenGL driver problem. Extension GL_ARB_draw_instanced fails to use

Hello!

I would like to get advising to use extension GL_ARB_draw_instanced.

The driver reported the presence of this extension, but to work with this extension, you must have EXT_gpu_shader4 or NV_vertex_program4 or OpenGL 3.0.
