CPU 0 - Machine Check 000000000000000004 w/ Pentium D processor

I have been trying to boot Linux on a 3.2Ghx Pentium D and keep getting a Machine Check 00...04 error. I have replaced the thermal material, the disks and the memory. What is the problem? How can I find out what is causing the problem?
