Your processor and graphics are not supported on Windows 10.

Look WAY DOWN this page under Legacy Intel Graphic Products:

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html Supported Operating Systems for Intel® Graphics Products

This is your processor: http://ark.intel.com/products/30783/Intel-Core2-Duo-Processor-E6550-4M-Cache-2_33-GHz-1333-MHz-FSB Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E6550 (4M Cache, 2.33 GHz, 1333 MHz FSB) Product Specifications

Your processor (code named Conroe) is not supported on Windows 10 (look under Intel® Core™ Processors that support Windows® 10😞

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/processors/000006105.html Intel® Processor Support for Microsoft Windows® 10

My suggestion, for your long term support and happiness with gaming on Windows 10 is to get a new PC, that has processor and graphics support for Windows 10.

Alternatively, if your PC is a desktop and you have an available PCIe X16 slot, you may be able to add a graphics card (like an NVidia or amd based-card) that is COMPATIBLE with your motherboard and BIOS. COMPATIBILITY is the key word here. I suspect that your board is old enough to not support PCIe 3.0, and that will be your problem to solve. Some new cards will claim backward compatibility, but that is not guaranteed.

Best path: Get a new machine.

Hello Monty1961,

Thank you for contacting the Intel community.

Al Hill is right; this system does not support Windows 10 and for that reason when you play games or if you do any other task you could have some instability problems.

At this point, for you to have better experience with games I suggest you to get a new system, especially if you are interested in running Windows® 10.

Perhaps this is not what you want to hear but this is the reality with this system, if you have it already install you may use it, but as I mentioned above you may have some system instability problems for not being compatible.

Best regards,

Ivan.
