The Creators Update has caused issues with cameras - not just Intel RealSense but with Logitech models of webcams too. Someone else had a problem with the camera on their HP Envy 17 stopping working this week, and they had it fixed by contacting a Microsoft support representative. See the comment at the very bottom of the page in this link:
https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Video-Display-and-Touch/Intel-RealSense-Webcam-SR300-disabled-on-HP-ENVY-Notebook/td-p/6070331 Solved: Intel RealSense Webcam SR300 disabled on HP ENVY Notebook af... - HP Support Forum - 6070331
The Microsoft representative fixed it through opening a remote control link to the user's PC and installing files for them. But you could probably do the job yourself using the process described in the comment if you are experienced enough with PC installations.

Hello Roope,
Thanks for reaching out!
I understand your situation and how it can be inconvenient. It has been officially noted that the Windows* 10 Creators Update build 15063 is not compatible with the Intel® RealSense™ SR300 camera driver as you can see at https://communities.intel.com/community/tech/realsense/blog/2017/04/07/windows-10-creators-update-build-15063-is-not-compatible-with-intel-realsense-sr300-camera-driver https://communities.intel.com/community/tech/realsense/blog/2017/04/07/windows-10-creators-update-build-15063-is-not-compatible-with-intel-realsense-sr300-camera-driver.
As it is stated in the article above, we are working on the issue but as an immediate workaround, we suggest not to install Windows* 10 Creators Update build 15063 through Windows Update.
I hope this information helps you,
Pedro M.

MartyG,
Thanks for the post. I'm having the same issue and I downloaded and installed the Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver from the HP website as described in your post. It did not appear to resolve my issue, however. Perhaps I need to be patient.

Today I downloaded a Windows 10 driver update that appears to have resolved this issue: "Intel - Image - 5/8/2017 12:00:00 AM - 4.2.159.18". I advise everyone to check for updates and install the driver offered.
