I am using an Intel graphics card.

So I installed graphic utility latest.

However, the OpenGL32.dll file was not updated to the latest state.

How do I update to the latest file?

More information required. What processor do you have? Provide the complete model number.

What operating system do you have? What is the complete model number of your PC or laptop?

You did not provide the processor model number. However, I suspect it is i3-3220.

If so, this is your processor: http://ark.intel.com/products/65693/Intel-Core-i3-3220-Processor-3M-Cache-3_30-GHz Intel® Core™ i3-3220 Processor (3M Cache, 3.30 GHz) Product Specifications

This means you have Intel HD Graphics 2500. If so, you can find the latest drivers here:

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/graphics-for-3rd-generation-intel-processors/intel-hd-graphics-2500.html Support for Intel® HD Graphics 2500

OpenGL 4 is supported: Look under "3rd generation Intel core processors":

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005524.html Supported APIs and Features for Intel® Graphics Drivers

Now, to help verify all of this, it is important for you to confirm what your processor model number is. If not i3-3220, let us know. Also, provide your Operating System version.

Hello orange75,

I understand you updated the graphics driver in your computer, but the OpenGL32.dll file did not get updated.

Let me apologize for any inconvenience this issue may be causing to you.

In order to help you better I would like to gather more information about the configuration you have in the computer. Please attach to this thread the .xml file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

What is the issue you are having in the computer that is making you update graphics driver?

To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" on the upper right hand corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear on the bottom right hand corner of the response box.

Regards,

Hello orange75,

Thanks for the information you sent to me.

I would like you to try reinstalling the graphics driver. Please download this driver https://downloadmirror.intel.com/22518/a08/Win7Vista_152258.zip https://downloadmirror.intel.com/22518/a08/Win7Vista_152258.zip

As soon as the driver has been download on the keyboard press WinLogo key + r, then type in devmgmt.msc, double click on Display Adapters>>Intel HD Graphics>>Driver tab>>Uninstall>>Select the check box Delete the driver software for this device>>OK, restart the computer, and then reinstall the graphics driver with the steps that are on this YouTube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S1KzoQDjMMY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S1KzoQDjMMY
