core 2 duo e7500 utilizing only one core

please help im having an intel core 2 duo e7500 when i go to rating it shows only one core in my cpu even in ms config i cant select more then one core because of this issue my pc shows black screen in every racing game which need atlease 2 cores pls tell me how can i enable second core of my cpu

Hello vanshaj,

Try checking your BIOS configuration for the cores, you should be able to see the cores and if possible enable/disable them.

i have a option in bios its SW single processing mode it was enabled and i had disabled it but nothing changed there is still one core in use
