Is my CPU dead?

Hello guys im in a bit of dilema here and i think my CPU is dead. Installed on a new motherboard and the PC will power on for a second and the off. AT fisrt i though "wao dead mobo" but then after much tested i think i may have a dead CPU. What i did...

I had another motherboard with another same CPU working perfect so what better example than to connect the presumed dead CPU into a working system and there it was, same issue powers on 1 sec then off. Just to rule out the mobo i used the know working one into the new mobo and posts.

DO you think that is totall prove the CPU may be dead or im missing something?
