No graphics card found?

Hello everyone,

I have a serious issue with my pc at the moment, no matter what I try she can't seem to recognize anything related to the graphics card, which makes it impossible for me to run anything Direct3D related. If you are willing to help please respond and I'll send my dxdiag, the problem might become clearer the moment you take a look in the display devices dept. please help. Thanks in forward
