Windows 8\8.1 OpenGL 2.0 not Working..How to fix installer Embedded?

Dear user, I have an old Intel GMA 500 working with Driver Embedded (1.18) IEMGD 8.14.1180.3398.

Actually I'm using Windows 8.1 Pro Preview and there is this boring issue: OpenGL 2.0 (included in the installer) isn't used by OS

I read a lot of websites around this problem but no solution is working for me.

Solutions available:

-Update driver (Intel GMA 500 Official Driver ended in early 2010; there isn't newer IEMGD last April 2013)

-Install in compatible mode: Tested Win8-7-Vista SP2-XP sp3

-Install manually from Device Manager

-Edit Driver Installer INI file adding line for Win 6.2 and Win 6.3

-Check if Opengl is correctly installed (yes is in C:\windows\system32 and is registered in HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\0000 ) [ in my case idogl32.dll by Intel]

From What i read is a stupid Installer problem but is "unbelievable" that INTEL doesn't FIX for older Graphic Driver working under Win7 and working under Win8.1 with compatibility mode!

PLEASE HELP ME!

The generic driver that is provided for the Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator 500 is validated for Microsoft* Windows* 7 only, therefore this driver is not certified to work on Microsoft* Windows* 8, specially on its later sub-release.

Furthermore, please keep in mind that IEGD drivers are supported through the Embedded Support Community. Please refer to the following URLs for their contact information:

Hi thank you for your answer. I can't open a post on intel embedded support area and embedded chat support isn't good (don't know anything..as always). I know that drivrr support is only for win7 but the problem isn't driver but opengl icd install issue,compiled from Intel..i have contacted intel,forums,opengl.org and microsoft support but no answer about how to fix it. This problem should be linked to new way of win8.8.1 to recognize opengl

You may need to test this under a certified platform in such case, as this controller is only validated for Microsoft* Windows* 7 or check with your FAE (Field application engineer) for further support on IEGD.
