Hi Peter_Yatoc,

I suggest you to try to get the proof of purchase of the processor with your vendor, they keep a copy of all the invoices of the last 5 years. Send it using the Service Ticket number that you already have. If you have the processor box, send a picture with the processor markings, FPO number (Batch number) and serial number.

The processor itself contains the last 4 digits of the serial number.

Regards,

Hi Peter_Yatoc,

The warranty department sent you an email, telling you that we already received the processor; however, it was necessary to escalate your case with our manager because the processor markings were not matching ( FPO and Serial Number)

"Status: Received pending further analysis by Intel"

Regards,
