help with a visual bug?

first is from the league of legends client, 2nd is from the 'lenovo photo master photo viewer'. no idea what's causing it, last time this happened about a week ago i upgraded my drivers and it stopped but now it's back. quite annoying. any ideas on how to fix it / what's causing it?

Have you tried installing the drivers from your computer manufacturer? It is possible that your system requires a customized driver that should be provided by Lenovo.

Well that doesn't help at all, this driver won't even install. What I find more troubling is that I know there is an older driver that doesn't do this because every time I install it, it works, but I keep getting this not-working driver through windows update against my will

Have you tried contacting Lenovo in order to get help to install the driver? It is uncommon that you cannot install the drivers provided by your computer manufacturer.

You can temporarily stop some of these updates by using this tool from Microsoft:

unfortunately lenovo's support requires a warranty or that you pay a premium, but this will work, thank you for your help
