S5520UR Platform Confidence Test (PCT) Utility for EFI 3060092f error

Hello,

I have at home a S5520UR server, the frontal led in bliking and seems to be a ECC-memory module that is wrong.

I have download the PCT for EFI, copy it to a USB and follow instructions.

But when I click on "quick test" or "comprehensive test" an error is shown and no test is done:

*** ERROR TX64.EFI 3.15.1.0001 ***

Missing or invalid software license.

Standard Error Code = 3060092F

(Error logged at 12-03-2015 20:20:05)

I have search but I have not found any reason.

Does some know the reason of the error? or a way to solve it?

Or, is another way to identify the wrong memory module?

I will appreciate any help.

Thanks a lot

Hello,

We regret to inform you that the board you are looking support for has been discontinued but as a general recommendation try running the Intel System Information Retrieval Utility instead:
