How to Increase Intel HD Graphics Dedicated Video Memory?

I have Asus K53E laptop with:

-Intel Core 2410M Processor

-Intel HM65 Express Chipset

-8 GB RAM (2x4GB)

-Intel HD Graphics 3000 - with 192 MB Dedicated Video Memory and 1760 MB Total Available Graphics Memory

-1TB Hard Drive

-Windows 8.1 64-bit

Recently I tried increasing the amount of "dedicated" memory Intel HD Graphics should allocate from system RAM, but when I entered the BIOS (Aptio Setup Utility) I couldn't find any option for setting the amount of dedicated video memory to allocate or share from the system RAM.

So, Is there any other way I can fix this issue and increase the Dedicated Video Memory?

Thanks!
