I noticed a very annoying problem with my laptop today after I reinstalled Windows. Whenever the HD Graphics 630 renders something in OpenGL, it renders it larger than the window. Note how the text at the top and the corners of the triangle are clipped by the sides of the window. Also, the edges and text are blurry.
In comparison, the GTX 1050 in the same laptop, and the HD Graphics 520 in another laptop render it correctly, like so:
The laptop having this issue is a Dell XPS 15 (9560), with i7-7700HQ CPU, GTX 1050 discrete GPU in Optimus configuration, and 16GB of RAM. The comparison laptop is a Lenovo V110-15ISK with i3-6100U and 8GB of RAM.
Does anyone else have this issue? Is there any way to fix this?

Problem solved: the Dell drivers were not the latest version. However, I was unable to use the Intel EXE installer to install the drivers.
I downloaded the latest version of the drivers from Intel as a ZIP, then installed it by manually finding the INF file, as in https://steamcommunity.com/app/233250/discussions/2/558749190911446231/ https://steamcommunity.com/app/233250/discussions/2/558749190911446231/
