OS: Windows 10, 64-bit

MB: ASUS H110M-A/M.2 (BIOS Ver. 3408 x64)

CPU: Intel Pentium G4560 Dual-Core 3.5 GHz

Graphic card driver: 15.46.05.4771

HI,i got a new desktop and i can't get output signal to my TV via HDMI.

I realize that this is a common issue,i read planty of threads with same problem.

I tried everything, updating drivers, updating BIOS,many workarounds from forums and still nothing!

System recognizing TV in display list "Digital television Philips FTV",but still cant output signal on TV.

After every restart,i had to click "detect" to find and show TV on display list.

I can output signal on the same TV with same HDMI cable via HDMI on my laptop with Windows 7,

and with Intel graphics.

I notice one strange thing, when i tried to update graphic driver via Device menager it says that driver is up to date,

but it isn't,because i saw latest driver on Intel site, downloaded from there and instal.

What else can i do to make HDMI output working?

Thanks.

Your https://www.asus.com/de/Motherboards/H110M-A-M-2/HelpDesk_Manual/ BIOS manual seems to be incomplete.

If you enable "advanced mode" do you see sth. like Graphics Configuration / iGPU Multi-Monitor ?

Check what happens if you disable it.

Also you can try to disable RC6(render standby) which is some https://www-ssl.intel.com/content/dam/doc/white-paper/power-management-technologies-for-processor-graphics-display-and-memory-paper.pdf power management technology.

Otherwise try older graphics drivers from https://www.asus.com/de/Motherboards/H110M-A-M-2/HelpDesk_Download/ H110M-A/M.2 Driver & Tools| Mainboards

Bad luck. At least you excluded a possibility.

What's up with the old drivers provided by ASUS?

Judging from https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/core/7th-gen-core-family-desktop-s-processor-lines-datasheet-vol-1.html Datasheet, Vol. 1: 7th Gen Intel® Processor Family for S Platforms pages 36ff Kabylake seems to prefer display port for multiple displays which is missing on your mainboard.

I'm not sure though if a display port is mandatory.

Finally it's WORKING!

I don't know exactly how it happened.

I switch HDMI ports on TV,HDMI 1 & HDMI 2,and nothing happened,

same as yesterday when i switch HDMI 1 & HDMI side port.

Btw all ports are tested and working. (with previous PC,Laptop,USB)

I turn TV on/off,i reboot PC and stil nothing.

Then when i boot to BIOS,suddenly picture (BIOS screen) show on both displays for the first time.

Since then i reboot and turn off PC several times, turn on/off TV and everything working fine.

TV is always auto detected, and HDMI output working.

I cant't say what triggered it to work, but those are the steps i take before it happened.

Thanks for help!
