I have an Intel P4208CP4MHGC with S2600CP4 motherboard, Intel Xeon E5-2620V2, and the latest bios/firmware package from Intel 9/20/13.
OS: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter
BIOS : 02.01.0002
ME : 02.01.07.231
BMC : 1.19.r5018
FRUSDR : 1.10
For some reason this server is throwing a whole ton of WHEA Logger Errors from Server Manager in the Events Section of the dashboard. Around 2000 of these warnings are generated at intervals of every 10 minutes.
The ID is: 47 Severity: Warning Log: System
A corrected hardware error has occurred.
Component: Memory
Error Source: Corrected Machine Check
I've read about this issue on other manufacturers platforms and it seems bios updates generally fix the problem.
I've run Memtest86 overnight, with no errors generated, so I do not believe the issue is in RAM, but I could be wrong.

What kind of memory are you using? Run SEL Viewer to check for hardware errors: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23126 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23126

I have same problem (WHEA-logger Event ID: 47) with Intel® Server Board S2600CP4 with 2 Xeon E5-2620 OS: Windows server 2008 Enterprise R2 with Hyper-V role and 2 virtual servers.
For now I change Power Settings in Control Panel to maximum. In BIOS "Intel Speedstep Tehology.." in disabled. Processor C3 State in disabled. Let see.
